LEONARD RD BRIDGE TO REOPEN TO TRAFFIC FEBRUARY 21 AT NOON
The Leonard Road Bridge, located in southern Caddo Parish, will reopen to regular traffic Tuesday, February 21 at noon due to completion of the bridge’s replacement.
The Public Works Department completed the replacement of the bridge and conducted associated road improvements to ensure decades of durability and safety for motorists that utilize the bridge.
