25. Attention: Minors seeking a Work Permit.

    
    
    The Parish of Caddo does not issue work permits, however we have provided the following information to assist you. The Caddo Parish School Board is issuing Employment Certificates by appointment only. The minor can email workpermits@caddoschools.org to submit their application and schedule an appointment. Once the application has been submitted online, a Caddo Issuing Officer will review the application. The Caddo Issuing Officer will then call the minor to schedule an appointment. The minor is informed to bring the application along with their Proof of Age document to the appointment.
    
    Appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
